Maxine "Max" Morris

Maxine "Max" Morris, 68 years old, passed away on December 2, 2009 surrounded by members of her chosen family. Max was born in St. Petersburg, Florida and lived in the Bay area for most of her life. She was a popular sight at social events in the LGTB community and a long standing fixture at the Tampa International Gay and Lesbian Film Festival. Max was a singing member of Crescendo, the Tampa Bay Women’s Chorus and a member of Crescendo’s Board of Directors. In her passing, Max is reunited with her true love and companion, Ginny. Max and Ginny leave a legacy of love for their friends and chosen family that will linger in our hearts forever.
